Who runs this guide

Seasonal is run by SAKAIAI LLC, a Washington limited liability company. sakAI is a stylization of the company’s name. By using the guide, you agree to these terms.

Use of the guide

This free guide is for adults planning Halloween in the United States. Use the checked guides and public directory to compare options, then confirm current information with the source. Accounts, payments and affiliate tagging remain off. The app does not sell tickets, take bookings or process retailer checkout.

Sources, estimates and schedules

Each listing or guide identifies its source and checked date. Public-source checking does not mean owner confirmation, firsthand testing or a guarantee of accuracy. Retail prices, stock, shipping and delivery can change. Costume totals are planning estimates before tax and shipping; guides identify already-owned parts. Lead times are calendar-day estimates.

Venue schedules can be unknown. Event dates and local times come from the organizer’s public source and may change or pass. Confirm opening hours, admission, accessibility, parking, registration and suitability directly with the venue or organizer. External sites control their own content and policies.

Costume and outing planning

The Costume & Haunt Oracle matches checked records using your budget, theme, region and date. Its rules run locally in memory. Missing checked matches do not establish that no suitable options exist. Results do not reserve stock, promise delivery or confirm availability.

Links to other sites

Retailer, organizer and creator links open sites that sakAI does not control. Their own terms, prices and privacy policies apply there. Retailer links pass through a redirect on this site and then open the retailer’s product page.

Correction requests

Correction requests are not open. This site has no correction form and collects no correction information. To report a listing error by email, follow the steps on the Contact page. A report does not change a listing by itself.

No warranty

The guide is provided as is. sakAI does not promise that any listing, price, date, estimate or link is accurate, complete, current or available.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, SAKAIAI LLC is not liable for loss that results from using this guide, relying on a listing or estimate, or buying from a linked retailer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

sakAI may change these terms. The notice at the top of this page shows the date of the last change. Effective date: October 19, 2026.
